Welcome to Maestro ("the Service"), an open-source demonstration that orchestrates free large language models (LLMs) to produce a single synthesized answer. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Maestro is provided as a free, experimental, "as-is" tool for educational and demonstration purposes. It routes your input across third-party model providers (currently Groq and Google AI Studio) and returns a synthesized response along with a transparent decision-log of how that response was produced.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Outputs are generated by automated language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or offensive. Do not rely on Maestro's output for legal, medical, financial, or other professional decisions. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content;
• Attempt to overload, attack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its providers;
• Circumvent rate limits or other technical safeguards;
• Process sensitive personal, confidential, or regulated data (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Rate limits

To protect free-tier provider quotas, requests are rate-limited per client. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary 429 responses. Limits may change at any time.

5. Third-party providers

Your prompts are transmitted to third-party model providers to generate responses. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Google may use free-tier prompts to improve its models — do not send anything you would not want used for model training.

6. Intellectual property

The Maestro source code is released under the MIT License and is available on GitHub. The "Maestro" name, branding, and this site's design are © 2026 and may not be used to imply endorsement. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
